Agricultural Bearings Manufacturer in China

Trans Power (TP) has supplied agricultural bearing solutions since 1999, supporting farm machinery manufacturers, distributors, and aftermarket customers worldwide. Our product range includes disc harrow bearings with round, square, and hexagonal bores, flange units, 200 series R-sealed bearings, agricultural radial bearings, insert bearings, ball bearing units, mounted bearing units, pillow blocks, tapered roller bearing sets, agricultural wheel hubs, and water pump bearings.

Agricultural machinery operates in demanding environments where bearings are exposed to mud, moisture, dust, shock loads, and long seasonal operating cycles. TP agricultural bearings are designed with reinforced sealing structures, optimized lubrication, and controlled heat treatment processes to deliver reliable performance under these conditions.

Manufactured in China and Thailand under ISO 9001 quality management systems, TP supports flexible sourcing with MOQ starting from 50 pieces per reference. IATF 16949 production experience from our automotive bearing business further strengthens our process control and quality consistency.

Agricultural Bearing Range — Series, Bore Type & Machine

Agricultural bearings are often identified by bearing series, bore type, dimensions, and machine application rather than OE numbers alone. TP organizes its agricultural bearing range by these key selection factors to help customers quickly find the correct product family.
Select a reference to view specifications, or provide your machine model, application, and bearing position — our team will help confirm the suitable bearing solution.

Agricultural Bearing Types We Manufacture

TP supplies a wide range of agricultural bearing solutions designed for different positions and operating conditions across modern farm machinery. Our product families cover applications including disc harrows, cultivators, harvesters, augers, trailers, and other agricultural equipment.

Why Agricultural Bearings Fail — and How TP Addresses These Challenges

Agricultural bearings operate in some of the most demanding environments, where contamination, moisture, shock loads, and heavy working conditions can significantly affect service life. Failures often occur when sealing performance is insufficient or when impact loads damage internal bearing surfaces.

TP agricultural bearings are designed around these challenges, featuring reinforced sealing structures, optimized lubrication solutions, and controlled manufacturing processes to improve durability and reliability in farm machinery applications.

The Working Environment

Mud, Water & Dust Long exposure to silt, standing water and airborne dust. Contamination past the seal is the number one failure mode in this category — not fatigue.
Shock & Overload Implements hit stones and hard ground. Bearings must take impact well above their nominal rating without raceway denting.
Maintenance Access Machines work far from a workshop. Few greasing points, long intervals, and downtime in harvest season costs more than the part ever will.
Season-Long Duty Continuous running for weeks, then months idle. Grease must resist both wash-out under load and separation while parked.
Fitment Spread Every implement brand and model uses different sizes. A distributor needs one supplier who covers the whole spread, or carries four suppliers instead.

The TP Response

Reinforced SealingMulti-lip and R-seal designs selected for the contamination case, not a generic seal on every size.
Special Materials & Heat TreatmentRaceway material and heat-treat cycle chosen for impact resistance and long life under contamination.
Optimised Load CapacityRolling element and raceway geometry adjusted to raise dynamic capacity where the implement duty demands it.
Simplified InstallationHoused units and insert bearings that fit without a press, so field replacement is realistic.
Sample Testing FirstBench-test before bulk on any new reference — the only reliable way to compare two quotes that look identical on paper.
Full-Range CoverageRound, square and hex bore, plus units and housings, so one order covers a whole implement rebuild.

Machinery Applications We Support

TP agricultural bearings are used across a wide range of farming equipment and machinery applications. Our product range is organized by machine type and bearing application to help customers quickly identify suitable solutions.
If your equipment model is not listed, provide the machine brand, model, and bearing location. Our team can help verify the suitable bearing reference and application.

Case: Custom Bearings for Argentine Harvesters

happy-customer-service-representative-using-computer-having-video-call-with-clients-while-working-call-center (1)

Argentina is one of the world's major grain producers, and its machinery works under a combination that destroys ordinary bearings: high load plus silt erosion, through a long rainy season. A distributor there came to us because standard catalogue bearings were not lasting a season.

We worked through the failure mode with them and changed three things — the seal design, the raceway material and heat treatment, and the internal geometry to raise load capacity. The revised bearings were tested against their own duty cycle before release.

On the strength of that result the customer expanded the programme, and we developed a further series specifically for combine harvesters and seeders.

Manufacturing & Quality

TP agricultural bearing production line

Two Plants, One Quality System

Founded in 1999, Trans Power (TP) manufactures agricultural bearings under its own brand, supported by more than 25 years of bearing production experience. Agricultural bearing solutions are part of TP’s wider product portfolio, alongside wheel bearings and hub units, driveshaft center support bearings, clutch release bearings, pulleys, and tensioners.

Production is carried out at our manufacturing facilities in Zhejiang, China, and Thailand, supported by a 2,500 m² logistics centre in Shanghai for inventory management and global order fulfillment. For agricultural applications with seasonal demand cycles, this supply structure helps customers secure fast-moving references from stock while planning future production requirements.

TP provides product identification support through OE, aftermarket, and industry reference information where applicable. Customers can match TP bearing series with existing inventory requirements, while our technical team assists with application verification and product selection.

Agricultural Bearing FAQ

How do I choose the right agricultural bearing?
Start with three things: the bore shape and size, the machine and position, and the contamination case. Bore shape alone rules most options out — a disc harrow gang takes round, square or hexagonal bore depending on the shaft, and they are not interchangeable. Send us the machine make and model with the position, and we will confirm the series. If the previous bearing failed early, tell us how it failed too — that usually changes the seal recommendation.
Which bearing series fits a disc harrow?
Most disc harrow gangs use the 200 series with an R-seal — for example 205-KRR2 — in round, square or hexagonal bore. Which bore you need depends on the gang shaft, not the brand of the implement. Measure across the flats for square and hex bores.
What is the difference between round, square and hexagonal bore?
It refers to the shape of the hole that fits the shaft. Round bore locks with set screws or an eccentric collar. Square and hexagonal bores fit directly onto a shaped gang shaft and carry torque through the shape itself, which is why they are standard on tillage equipment. TP supplies all three in the same series.
Do you supply bearings for a specific machine brand?
We supply to dimension and duty, not by implement brand, which means coverage is not limited to a brand list. Give us the make, model and position and we will identify the bearing. For OEM programmes we also produce to your drawing.
Can you develop a bearing for our specific conditions?
Yes — that is how the Argentine programme described above started. If standard bearings are not surviving your duty cycle, we can change seal design, raceway material, heat treatment and internal geometry, then test against your own conditions before release.
What is your MOQ for agricultural bearings?
From 50 pcs per reference. In this category that matters more than in automotive, because a distributor needs many sizes in small quantities rather than a few sizes in volume.
Can you ship in time for the season?
Fast-moving references are held at our Shanghai logistics centre for immediate despatch; others are scheduled for production. With two plants we can also split an order across China and Thailand if that shortens transit to your market. Tell us your season start date when you enquire.
Do you offer private-label packaging?
Yes. Logo-printed bags, custom boxes and outer cartons, plus non-standard designs built to your drawing. Drawing confirmation happens before production starts.

Stocking Up Before the Season?
