Auto Parts & Spare Parts Manufacturer in China

Trans Power (TP) manufactures automotive spare parts and bearing-related components for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, trucks, and industrial applications. In addition to our core bearing product lines, TP supplies selected mechanical components including CV joints, universal joints, steering knuckles, suspension strut mounts, hydraulic bushings, engine and transmission mounts, water pump bearings, oil seals, and hub caps.

For distributors, the advantage is simplified sourcing. Customers who already purchase wheel bearings, hub units, clutch release bearings, or other TP bearing products can consolidate additional spare parts within the same supply chain, reducing supplier coordination and improving purchasing efficiency.

TP also supports customized mechanical components based on customer drawings or samples. Production is managed under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, with quality documentation and third-party inspection support available where required.

One-Stop Consolidation

The reason this range exists. Bearings plus the parts that go around them, on one order, one MOQ negotiation, one container.

Shock Absorber Bearings

Our strongest line here — and one where we already rank well for the manufacturer query. Strut top mounts and bearings for European, Japanese and Korean platforms.

Driveline: CV & U-Joints

CV joints for front-wheel-drive, and cross-and-combination universal joints for propshafts — passenger car through to mining equipment.

Custom Mechanical Parts

Precision parts built to your drawing. If you have a part you currently source separately, ask — it may be simpler than you think.

China + Thailand Plants

Zhejiang base plus our Thailand factory (2023). Choose the origin that suits your tariff position.

Strong in Latin America

We exhibit at INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico and Mexican distributors are a growing part of this business. Ask about regional stock and lead times.

Spare Parts Range

Grouped by vehicle system, our automotive spare parts range complements TP’s core bearing products. These products are sourced and managed by TP to support consolidated purchasing, allowing distributors to combine multiple product categories within the same order and supply chain.

Suspension & Steering

Where most of our spare parts volume sits — and where the shock absorber bearing is our single strongest reference.

Transmission & Driveline

CV joints for the front, universal joints for the propshaft, and the mounts that hold the gearbox.

Engine

Mounts, water pump bearings and crankshaft seals.

Wheel End & Custom

Hub caps, plus anything machined to your own drawing.

Timing belt kits are listed under Pulley & Tensioner Bearings. If a part you need is not shown, ask — this page lists what is published, not everything we make.

Why Source These Parts Alongside Bearings

For distributors, sourcing efficiency matters as much as product availability. By adding complementary automotive components to your existing TP bearing orders, you can reduce supplier coordination, simplify purchasing processes, and improve order management.

TP supports customers with a broader automotive product range, helping distributors consolidate selected spare parts together with wheel bearings, hub units, clutch release bearings, and other core product lines.

One purchase orderBearings and the parts around them on a single order. Fewer POs, fewer invoices, fewer shipments to reconcile.
One MOQ negotiationMOQ is agreed across the order rather than per supplier, which is what makes carrying slow-moving references viable.
One containerMixed loading across bearing and spare part lines. For a distributor filling a 20-foot container, this is the whole argument.
One packaging programmeYour logo and part numbering applied consistently across everything, not just the bearings.
One quality systemISO 9001 and IATF 16949 across both. A warranty claim goes to one place.
One point of contactThe same person quotes the hub unit and the strut mount, and knows what you ordered last time.

Shock Absorber Bearings & Strut Mounts

In MacPherson strut suspension systems, the upper strut bearing allows the suspension assembly to rotate smoothly with steering movement. When the bearing wears, drivers may experience steering stiffness, abnormal noises during turning, or knocking sounds when maneuvering at low speeds.

The strut top mount is a separate component consisting of rubber and metal elements that supports suspension loads while helping reduce vibration and road noise. Because the bearing and mount work together as part of the suspension system, many applications require both components to be inspected and replaced together to ensure proper performance.

TP supplies shock absorber bearings and strut mounts for European, Japanese, and Korean vehicle platforms. Provide your vehicle model, OE number, or application details, and our team will confirm whether the bearing is available separately or supplied as part of a complete mount assembly.

CV Joints and Universal Joints — Not the Same Thing

These two get confused constantly, including in purchase orders. Both transmit torque through an angle, but they do it differently and they are not interchangeable.

CV Joint (Constant Velocity)

Transmits torque at a constant speed through a varying angle. That is what front-wheel-drive needs — the driveshaft angle changes with both suspension travel and steering. Outer joints handle steering angle, inner joints handle plunge.

Fails through boot damage: the boot splits, grease escapes, grit enters, and the joint clicks on full lock. Almost always a boot problem first, not a joint problem.

CV joints →

Universal Joint (Cross / U-Joint)

A cross and four needle bearing cups. Simple, strong and cheap, but speed varies slightly through each rotation — which is why propshafts use them in pairs to cancel the effect out. Rear-wheel-drive, trucks, mining and agricultural driveline.

Fails through needle bearing wear — a clunk on take-up, then vibration. Grease-able and sealed-for-life versions both available.

Spare Parts FAQ

What spare parts does TP make besides bearings?
Shock absorber bearings and suspension strut mounts, hydraulic bushings, ball joints, steering knuckles, CV joints, universal joints, engine and transmission mounts, water pump bearings, crankshaft oil seals, hub caps, and custom machined parts to your drawing. Grouped by vehicle system above.
Why would I buy spare parts from a bearing manufacturer?
Consolidation, not product superiority. If you already buy wheel bearings, hub units and clutch release bearings from us, these parts go on the same order, the same MOQ negotiation, the same container and the same packaging programme. That removes a supplier from your process. If you do not already buy bearings from us, a specialist may serve you better on some of these lines — we will say so.
What is the difference between a shock absorber bearing and a strut mount?
The bearing lets the strut rotate with the steering; the mount is the rubber-and-steel assembly it sits in, which carries the load and isolates noise. They are separate parts and are almost always replaced together. Selling one without the other is the commonest reason a customer comes back.
What is the difference between a CV joint and a universal joint?
A CV joint transmits torque at constant speed through a varying angle — needed on front-wheel-drive where the shaft angle changes with steering and suspension. A universal joint uses a cross and four needle bearing cups; speed varies slightly through each rotation, so propshafts use them in pairs to cancel it out. Not interchangeable.
Can you make a part to our drawing?
Yes — custom mechanical precision parts are a standard part of this line. Send a drawing with materials and tolerances, or a sample. This is often the easiest way to consolidate an odd part you currently buy from a separate supplier.
Do you supply to distributors in Latin America?
Yes, and it is a growing part of this business. We exhibit at INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico. Tell us your market and we will discuss regional stock, lead times and packaging.
Can I get my own brand on the packaging?
Yes — logo-printed bags, boxes and outer cartons across both the bearing and spare part lines, so your catalogue looks consistent rather than half-branded.
What is your MOQ for spare parts?
It varies by line and is usually negotiated across the order rather than per reference — which is the point of consolidating. Send your list with quantities and we will quote per line.
