Products Description

Angular Contact Ball Bearings (ACBB) are engineered to handle combined radial and axial loads simultaneously with exceptional precision. Featuring a defined contact angle (typically 15°-40°), they deliver superior rigidity, high-speed capability, and accurate shaft positioning – making them critical for applications demanding minimal deflection and maximum rotational accuracy.

TP’s ACBB series combines advanced materials, optimized internal geometry, and ISO-certified manufacturing to ensure unmatched performance in industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, and high-performance drivetrains.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings Type

Types Features
Single-Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings Designed to accommodate combined radial and axial loads in one direction.
Common contact angles: 15°, 25°, 30°, 40°.
Often used in paired arrangements (back-to-back, face-to-face, tandem) for higher load capacity or bidirectional load handling.
Typical Models: 70xx, 72xx, 73xx series.

Double-Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings Functionally similar to two single-row bearings mounted back-to-back.
Can support axial loads in both directions along with radial loads.
High rigidity and space-saving design.
Typical Models: 32xx, 33xx series.

Matched Angular Contact Ball Bearings Two or more single-row bearings assembled together with specific preload.
Arrangements include:
DB (Back-to-back) – for moment load resistance
DF (Face-to-face) – for shaft alignment tolerance
DT (Tandem) – for high axial load in one direction
Used in precision machine tools, motors, and spindles.

Four-Point-Contact Ball Bearings Designed to handle axial loads in both directions and limited radial loads.
Inner ring split into two halves to allow four-point contact.
Common in gearboxes, pumps, and aerospace applications.
Typical Models: QJ2xx, QJ3xx series.
