Four Rolling Bearing Standards to Be Valid
On March 11th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China(MIIT) had issued Announcement No. 3 of 2026, approving 453 industry standards, among which 182 were for the machinery industry.
The four latest standards in the field of rolling bearing are as follows：
Standard No.: JB/T 15540-2026
Standard Title: Spherical plain bearings-Self-lubricated radial spherical plain bearings for aviation

Main Contents:
This standard specifies the structural types, code methods, external dimensions and technical requirements of self-lubricated radial spherical plain bearings for aviation, describes the corresponding inspection methods, and stipulates the inspection rules, marking, protective packaging, transportation, and storage requirements.
This standard is applicable to the manufacture of aviation self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearings of PTFE fabric liner type with metric or imperial interface dimensions.

Title: Rolling bearings－Split type plummer block housings－Specifications
Superseding: JB/T 8874-2010

This standard specifies the technical requirements for split type plummer block housings, describes the corresponding measurement methods, and stipulates the inspection rules, marking, antirust packaging and storage.
This standard is applicable to the manufacturing of the two-bolt and four-bolt split type plummer block housings whose boundary dimensions meet the requirements GB/T 7813-2018.

This standard is applicable to the life test of general spherical plain bearings. For the life test of spherical plain bearings with special requirements such as special materials, special sliding contact surface and special clearance, this test code may be referred to.
