Today, we’re proud to spotlight one of our most experienced team members—Chen Wei, a senior technician who has been with Trans Power for over 12 years.

From Manual Assembly to Smart Automation

Chen Wei joined Trans Power at a time when much of our bearing production still relied on manual processes. Back then, he spent his days assembling wheel hub bearings by hand, carefully inspecting each component to ensure it met our strict quality standards. Over the years, as Trans Power invested in automated production lines and CNC machining centers, Chen didn’t just adapt—he led the way.

Today, he oversees part of our automated operations at the Shanghai facility, training new technicians and contributing to process improvements that boost both efficiency and precision.

“It’s not just about producing parts. It’s about solving problems for our clients, and that gives my work meaning,” Chen says.
